The Exercise Lifestyle Clinic provides specialised clinical exercise interventions for persons at high-risk of developing, or with existing chronic and complex medical conditions and injuries. The clinic is student-oriented, supporting student practitioners studying postgraduate clinical exercise physiology and undergraduate exercise science to gain real world experience. All students and clients are overseen by Accredited Exercise Physiologists (AEP’s).

ELC Banyo programs

Baby steps individual sessions available anytime.

We offer individual health assessments and programming, as well as group exercise sessions for women who are planning pregnancy, are currently pregnant or have recently given birth.

Park ‘N’ Ride individual sessions available anytime.

This exercise program helps adults with Parkinson’s disease to maintain fitness, reduce symptom severity and limit the development of other diseases. The program includes individual health assessments and group exercise sessions.

Dia-BEAT-IT individual sessions available anytime.

Group classes TBA" This exercise program assists adults with pre-diabetes or type 2 diabetes to maintain fitness, improve blood glucose management and limit the development of other diseases. The program includes individual health assessments and group exercise sessions.
